The trust bought Shaffer Park from a private investor, according to Patrick Kent of Faris Lee, who represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Rick Mohr of RPM Real Estate Services. The center was built in 1970 and was remodeled in 1990.
The Talbrook Shopping Center is a 17,000-sf property at 17900 Brookhurst St. in Fountain Valley and was acquired by Beverly Building LLC from a private individual.
Nicholas Coo of Faris Lee Investments represented the buyer and the seller. The property was subject to a 25-year ground lease but had long-term tenant leases with an excellent location on the 405 freeway, says Richard Walter, president of Faris Lee.
In the Walnut transaction, AK Family Trust bought a 6,584-sf multi-tenant retail building located at 312 N. Lemon Ave. from Signal Walnut Partnership. Shaun Riley and David Lee of Faris Lee represented both the buyer and the seller.
