Houston-based Loomis, Fargo & Co. inked the decade-long deal with property owner, Rreef/Cabot Industrial Venture of Phoenix, in a move that will allow the armored car carrier to expand its operations by about 12,000 sf and move the operation into a single building at 849 W. 24th St. The firm currently is housed in two buildings located next door and across the street from its new location.
"It has grade level loading on three sides of the building, a fenced yard that allows them to secure and service their trucks in one location and easy access to the freeway system that will help them service their clients Valley-wide," David Carder with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix team tells GlobeSt.com of the reasons behind the firm's selection.
Carder represented the building owner in the negotiations while the tenant was assisted by Bill Honsaker with the Staubach Co. in Phoenix.
