Tenants of Trinidad Plaza include Curves for Women, Sears, Colorado Driving School, Total Vision Care, J.C. Flicks Video, Heartwood Log Homes, Family Dollar and First American Cash Advance. The center includes a former Wal-Mart store now occupied by "Big R."
Western Centers owns and operates centers in Steamboat Springs, Wray, Sterling, Fraser, La Junta and Granby along with properties in Denver and Colorado Springs. In the coming months, the company expects to close on two more centers in Denver, one Albertson's-anchored and the other King Soopers-anchored.
"After 14 years in business and with approximately 2 million sf under management, our company has come to be recognized as Colorado's shopping center specialists," says company president Arnie Meranski. "We are aggressively looking for commercial income producing properties to add to our portfolio."
