The first mortgage was provided by CWCapital LLC, in Greenwich, CT, a subsidiary of CDP Capital-Real Estate Advisory, a Montreal-based real estate advisor and portfolio manager. Jason Pantzer, managing director of the New York-based Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower. Further terms of the financing were not disclosed.
Pantzer Properties, based in Saddle Brook, NJ, is a privately owned owner and operator of apartment communities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states with a current portfolio of approximately 5,000 units. The company is an active acquirer of class A and B residential assets with an annual acquisition target of $250 million.
