Brighton Site Sold for Medical Facility

BRIGHTON, MI-Grubb & Ellis inks a deal here for a 4.275-acre site that will eventually see the development of a medical facility.

Gunabalan was seeking a Brighton location for a new medical facility. Grubb & Ellis team member Kevin Brady, a commercial real estate and land specialist, represented the seller in the transaction. Sales price was not disclosed.
