The joint venture is the first between Investcorp and Golub & Co. The deal calls for Golub & Co. to manage the 506,542 sf of office space as well as 166,791 sf of retail space, as well as share leasing responsibilities with CB Richard Ellis brokers. "Our partnership with Investcorp allows us to leverage our individual strengths in an important investment to both our companies," says Golub & Co. president and CEO Michael Newman.
