Mulville's real estate background includes property management and leasing for retail, entertainment, residential and office properties. Her experience also includes multi-phase development projects in Texas, California, and Colorado where she worked for developers, local entrepreneurs, REITs and institutional and overseas clients.

Mulville most recently has been responsible for mixed use, office and retail listings in the Cherry Creek, Broadway, Golden Triangle and Westminster areas as Leasing and Management Director/Broker Associate with the Laramie Company, LLC, in Denver. Known for her work leasing and managing The Westminster Promenade, a 210,000-sf entertainment retail project, Mulville leased both in-line tenants and the surrounding retail pads. She also has consulted numerous cities on both old and new retail developments.

Denver Pavilions is downtown's newest, outdoor urban entertainment and shopping destination. Featuring a mix of restaurants, nightclubs, and national retailers, Denver Pavilions spreads over four three-story buildings linked by pedestrian bridges, courtyards and covered escalators. The complex stretches over two city blocks on the 16th Street Mall, between Tremont and Welton streets.

High-volume tenants who have been occupants at Denver Pavilions since its opening in 1998 include Hard Rock Café, Virgin Megastore, Niketown, Maggiano's Little Italy, Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe and a United Artists 15-screen movie theatre.
