Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Co. is the developer. Phase I contains three buildings with a total of 256,981 sf. AGI is a producer of software that provides analysis and visualization capabilities to the aerospace, defense and intelligence industries.
Radnor, PA-based Tactix Real Estate Advisors represented AGI in the negotiations. Rubenstein Brokerage Group represented the owner.
