Terms of the General Mills' lease are undisclosed. On condition of anonymity, area brokers tell GlobeSt.com that average asking rental rates for class A office space in this area, which is approximately 15 miles from Philadelphia, range between $20 per sf and $23 per sf.

BISYS Plan Services, a division of BISYS Group, occupies three floors in the facility. Siegel welcomes the global supplier of consumer food products as a "world-class tenant." General Mills' annual net sales are $10.5 billion. SJP's current portfolio encompasses in excess of 12 million sf of office space with an additional six million sf available for development.
