VRS Saddle River LLC, a local group, owns the class A building. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PDI provides marketing, sales and sales support for the medical, biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Besides its local headquarters location, the company has offices in Pennsylvania and California.
