In the Rancho Cucamonga transaction, the Aurora, CO-based Prologis REIT bought two industrial buildings in Arrow Business Park at 9000-9100 Ninth St. totaling 257,400 sf on 13 acres from the Praedium Group LLC of New York City for nearly $12.3 million.
The structures that were sold were built between 1987 and 1989. Pat Scruggs and Gary Stache of the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group in Newport Beach represented both the seller and the buyer.
In the Corona transaction, Cabot Properties Inc. of Boston purchased a 155,679-sf industrial building at 250 Airport Circle from privately held Westmart Realty Co. for $8.4 million.
Randy Lockhart and Milo Lipson of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office and Tim Hawke of Strata Realty represented the seller, with Patrick Remolacio of Colliers Seeley International representing the buyer. The single-story, concrete tilt-up building was 100% leased at the time of sale.
