Panorama will manage the building on behalf of Route 111 Hauppauge LLC, which recently purchased it for $3.3 million. Mark Pyms represented the buyer on the deal and the seller was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
Panorama is managing about 360,000 sf in retail, office and light industrial properties throughout the metropolitan area. Several of these properties are owned by the Miller Family Limited Partnership of New York City.
