"This is the first and only upscale same-day surgical center in the area," according to Peter Weisman of G&E's office services group, who arranged the signing. "The Beverly Hills-based company plans to open additional locations in New Jersey in the future."
The asset is a retail building that formerly housed Lord & Taylor, and the newly leased portion will be converted to suit the needs of the surgical center. Much of the remaining space remains in retail use, currently occupied by CVS, Whole Foods and a health club.
