In an unrelated Downtown lease, Column Office Equipment signed a 7,240-sf expansion at 1 E. Wacker Dr., a deal that involved landing a more desirable suite within the same building. Equis Corp.'s Rob Salbego and Jonathan Pure handled tenant representation while Mike Curran of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Unitrin, owner of the building.
