Prior to his promotion, Sean Cunningham specialized in multifamily sales for 17 years, serving as CBRE's senior vice president and managing director in the Phoenix area from 1993 through 1998 with responsibility for across-the-board management of sales professionals for all commercial sectors.
Along with his partner, Tyler Anderson, Cunningham has received numerous awards for his work during his career, including membership in the coveted Colbert Coldwell Circle which recognizes the top 3% of CBRE sales professionals for three years. He also is ranked nationally, pulling a Top 10 slot for multifamily sales for seven years; and was placed first for performance in 2000 in Phoenix.
