US Inc. landed Target Corp. as the anchor for its first phase, but also tempted northwest suburban appetites with Chili's, Krispy Kreme and Chipolte. CB Richard Ellis estimates about 114,000 people work within three miles of the shopping center. Also in the first phase is a Fifth Third Bank.
