In the larger of the two transactions, Marcal Paper has renewed its lease for 200,000 sf for another five years. The company uses the space for warehouse/distribution purposes for its consumer paper products. Jack Kennedy and Lee Longchamp of Coldwell Banker Commercial Feist & Feist did the deal for the property owner, while Blau & Berg of Springfield, NJ repped Marcal.
In a new lease valued at $3 million, Sunset International Trade has signed into the same building for a total of 98,000 sf. The company, one of Turkey's leading furniture and home textile manufacturers, will use the site for furniture distribution. Kennedy and Adam Glickman repped the ownership in the transaction.
