In an all-cash deal, Miller Road Investors Group LP acquired the former Corvette Clinic building at 10265 Miller Rd. in Dallas from Robert Balfanz, who was asking $40 per sf for the three-tenant building, Stephen Cooper with the Robert Lynn Co. in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. He says deal went full cycle in 60 days after coming to market as "for sale" or "for lease" in the owner's plan "to see what came first." Before a month passed, the investment group plunked down the winning offer, says the seller's broker.
The property is nestled in an industrial corridor of privately owned buildings. Cooper says the new owner backfilled a long-empty, 10,400-sf space, with an eye on the balance for future expansion of its security business. Cash McCorder of Colliers International USA's Dallas office represented the buyer of a 27-year-old building on 1.1 acres with a $465,450 assessment by Dallas County.
