Steve Sayre with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com that the move by maker of alternating current motor controllers gives the firm extra space and an additional location near its Phoenix offices at 17650 N. 25th Ave. offices, where ACI presently occupies 17,352 sf. It will use the space for offices and light assembly. "They were able to address their needs for immediate occupancy and keep themselves in the same vicinity of their current location," Sayre says of the company's site selection.
ACI's $405,000 lease brings the 18201 N. 25th Ave., Phoenix property to 100% occupancy. Along with ACI, the class B complex also is home to Superior Pools, Poly Micro Technologies, Crescent Electric and Assembly Plus.
Sayre along with Pat Harlan, also with Cushman & Wakefield, handled the transaction for the owner of record, Rreef America REIT II Portfolio. Mark Hertzberg and Tom Atkinson, both with Grubb and Ellis/BRE Commercial, negotiated on the tenant's behalf.
