Meanwhile, software development company Lisle Technology Partners signed a 7,758-sf deal at 650 Warrenville Rd., a building owned by Dallas-based Prentiss Properties Trust, in neighboring Lisle.While terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at Park Plaza are $16.50 per sf, 50% more than Trammell Crow Co.'s asking price at Summit Oaks in Oakbrook Terrace. Prentiss Properties Trust's published net lease rate at its building in the Corporetum office complex is $14.50 per sf.
