Casasante, who formerly was with Lincoln Property Co., "will play a key role to further develop and expand our industrial portfolio in Southern California," says Mary Marx, asset services managing director for C&W. His duties will include representing landlords for Asset Services' industrial clients in lease negotiations, tenant relations, construction coordination, acquisitions, disposition and development.
Casasante was VP at Dallas-based Lincoln's Los Angeles office and also assisted in the procurement of industrial real estate investments on behalf of a state pension fund managed by affiliate Lincoln Advisors.
Before joining Lincoln, he served as director of corporate services and industrial brokerage for PM Realty Group, a Houston-based real estate services firm, where he was responsible for the management and coordination of an 8-million-sf portfolio of domestic and internationally owned and leased facilities for a global logistics firm.
