The transaction was arranged by Robert Pine and Patricia Riedel of CB Richard Ellis' New Jersey office, who represented the owner of the building, ABB Inc. Known locally as the Crane Building, the facility at 1460 Livingston Ave. is located near Routes 1, 18 and 130 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
"This facility perfectly met Selective Surfaces' space and location needs," according to Pine. "Our client attracted a quality tenant to occupy their entire facility."Selective Services was represented in the negotiations by Michael Roth of SBWE, based in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.
