The leases were negotiated by VP Dan Tausk and salesassociate Adam Epstein of Oak Brook-based Mid-America Real Estate Corp., the same brokerage firm that represented former owner Armour Management in the sale of the property. "We knew we could easily achieve full occupancy with some improvements to the center," says Learsi & Co. president David Israel. "We upgraded the property with new pylons, façade enhancements, and parking lot resurfacing that helped attract retailers."
