Chris Migliori of the Anaheim office of GVA Daum reports that Aqua Mix schedules a July occupancy of its new headquarters, which occupies a 4.7-acre parcel of land at 250 Benjamin Drive. Migliori and Brian Doner, also of the Anaheim office of GVA Daum, represented Aqua Mix in its acquisition. The seller, Concorde Fans, was represented by Lawrence C. Null of Lee & Associates.
Aqua Mix will employ approximately 70 workers at the site, which will be a relocation from Santa Fe Springs. The move is the second in the past month by a Los Angeles County firm relocating to Corona. Last month, Myers Products acquired a 114,000-sf industrial facility in Corona for consolidation from three Los Angeles County locations in a transaction in which Migliori represented Myers.
The new headquarters for Aqua Mix is a freeway-visible, four-year-old structure featuring concrete tilt-up construction, 12,000 sf of office space, 24-foot minimum clear height, and ample on-site parking.
