The title company, whose previous lease at 3610 N. 44th St. in Phoenix recently expired, took space in the two-story CamelSquare office building in a move that will give the firm a higher profile in a newer, class A property, Steve Bodeman, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com.

Bodeman says the firm, which will open a branch office in the 4350 E. Camelback Rd. building May 1, was looking for a location in the Camelback Corridor to be closer to its client base. The $166,665 payout over the term puts the company in a location with several other financial firms, including Wells Fargo SBA Lending and Sunrise Bank. Bodeman represented the tenant in the transaction while Gwen Musfeldt in the Phoenix office for Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. handled talks for building owner, SMDI.
