Bowe Bell & Howell will cross the county line, relocating from Lincolnwood to take the space in Acco Brands Inc.'s building.With a 25-acre site, the property includes 573 parking space as well as office space, which brokers say set it apart from other options in a northwest Cook County submarket where flex space vacancy has been pegged at 10.8%.
CB Richard Ellis brokers Dan Smolensky, Chris Reynolds and Scott Brandwein represented Acco Brands in negotiations with Larry Debb from GVA Williams.
