Elsewhere in the state capital region, Lemanski said C&W arranged a lease at a 160,000-sf former Montgomery Ward warehouse at 13112 Oneida Road. That lease deal, completed in October, had an asking price of $3 per sf. Cushman & Wakefield's biggest deal in recent days was the previously-reported sale of a 300,000-plus sf warehose and loading docks in Battle Creek that sold for approximately $7.7 million last month.
