The two-story buildings with retail space on the ground floor and offices above have an aggregate of 32,928 sf. They are located on the south side of Market St. between 9th and 10th streets in the heart of the Downtown retail district. Retail tenants holding long-term leases include Footlocker, Blue Cross and H&R Block. Wheels of Wellness occupies the office space.
The buildings are of reinforced masonry and steel construction and were completed in the 1950s. Melody is a CB Richard Ellis company. CBRE operates five offices in the Greater Philadelphia market
