Lisa DonFrancesco, vice president of the Codman Co., represented property owner, JD Realty Trust, in the transaction while Gian Starita, formerly of NAI Hunneman, represented Northern Light Productions.
This office building, which was recently built, will serve as Northern Light Production's headquarters. The company says it was attracted by the building's modern technology and systems and its accessibility to public transportation and parking. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $23 per sf.
