Locker, who has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private capital markets, tells GlobeSt.com that he anticipates Inlet will accomplish $100 million in mezzanine investment transactions this year and will acquire two "large" multi-use portfolios.

Locker previously served as managing director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank Securities. Prior to that, he was senior managing director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he was responsible for real estate investment banking.

Locker was one of the founders of Inlet, which is an alternative investment and asset management firm providing debt and equity. Global Capital Resources and GRC Advisors Inc. provide fixed or variable rate senior and subordinated loans through its NYLIM-GCR Fund 1-2002. RFR Holding LLC is a privately held locally based real estate investment, development and management company wholly owned by Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs. RFR currently controls approximately six million sf of office and retail space including 375 and 390 Park Avenue, as well as 2,500 luxury residential apartments with various affiliates.
