Levitt Corp. is the parent company of Levitt and Sons and Core Communities. Levitt and Sons develops multifamily and single-family homes for active adults and families in Florida. Core Communities develops master-planned communities in Florida, including its newest community, Tradition, under development in St. Lucie County and featuring a commercial town center and a corporate park, in addition to 5,600 residences.
