At the time the leasing assignment changed hands, the property was 85% occupied by a variety of tenants, including lead tenants Deutsche Bank and law firm Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann LLP. CBRE is marketing the remaining 70,000 sf of available space at $21.50 per sf, Kevin Wille, first vice president in the company's Baltimore office and lead broker for the building, tells GlobeSt.com.
