First Financial Equity Corp. became the 7373 N. Scottsdale Rd. building's largest tenant when it added 5,123 sf to its existing 8,500 sf by taking over a suite once occupied by American Title, Chris Jantz, with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial's Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com.
Homebuilder Ashton Woods Arizona LLC expanded its space by 1,500 sf for a total 4,810 sf in the building. Law firm Studnicki, Jaffe, and Woods inked the third renewal for a total of 1,986, up from its previous 1,500 sf, Jantz says. Built in 1985, the class B-plus building, owned by CMD Realty Investors, rents for about $21.50 per sf.
Jantz, along with Mitch Chilton, Scott Isacksen and Michael White, all with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, represented the building owner in the transactions. First Financial and Studnicki, Jaffe, and Woods were self-represented while Charles Daggett of Mohr Partners in Phoenix handled the leasing duties for Ashton Woods.
