The transaction was arranged by Jason Levy of the Grubb & Ellis Industrial Services Group, Fairfield, NJ, who represented seller 65 Anderson Ave. LLC, a local group. Foremost Caterers plans to turn the building into an FDA-approved facility, according to Levy, a project that is expected to be completed by the end of this year. The company, which services New Jersey and New York from multiple locations, will use its new facility to support those operations.
