Ehrenberg, who shared the company presidency with John G. Orrico from May 2000 to May 2001, settled her lawsuit against the firm last year. She is once again sharing the helm of the company, as Ehrenberg, Osbrink and chief financial officer Brian Parker are in charge while the firm searches for a replacement for Barry Barovick, who left the firm almost a year ago.
Ehrenberg will continue to be president of the management services company in addition to overseeing the corporate and financial service groups. "During Maureen's tenure, Grubb & Ellis management services has been successful in establishing a world-class service platform that has led to expanded relationships with numerous high profile corporate and institutional clients," says chairman C. Michael Kojaian.
Osbrink will oversee the company's brokerage operations. He recently shepherded BRE Commercial, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in San Diego, under the Grubb & Ellis umbrella as an affiliate.
