Chris Jantz with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial's Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com that the renewal will keep the 6263 N. Scottsdale Rd., class A property at 85% occupancy. Jantz says the firm opted to remain at the Forum because it offers a prime Scottsdale address with a newly expanded parking areas providing ample underground and surface parking. The company, which will pay about $22.50 per sf under the terms of its new lease, will share the 207,160-sf building with Morgan Stanley Dean Whitter andothers of the same caliber. Built in 1991, the Scottsdale Forum is located near the Borgata Fashion Square and adjacent to Hilton Hotel and Hilton Village Shopping Plaza with its many restaurants and shopping amenities.

Jantz along with Mitch Chilton, Scott Isacksen, and Michael White, all with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, negotiated the renewal for the Chicago-based building owner, CMD Realty Investors. Realty Executives Inc. was represented by Steve Corney with the Phoenix office for Dallas-based Staubach Co.
