To be held at the conference-friendly Renaissance Mayflower Hotel Downtown, RealShare Washington, DC will kick off with a welcome from Real Estate Media president and CEO Jonathan A. Schein, followed by a keynote address given from F. Joseph Moravec, the US General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service commissioner. This time around, a special segment has been added to the program--"RealShare Unplugged." The segment, subtitled, "Ten Minutes with Jeff Neal," a principal with Monument Realty, will highlight a discussion on the relevant topics of the day from an investor and developer's perspective. A common thread throughout the RealShare events is the "Inside the Real Estate Mind" segment, hosted by Real Estate Media editor-in-chief Michael G. Desiato, and featuring here, JE Robert Cos. chairman and CEO Joseph E. Robert Jr. A bevy of concurrent sessions with topics ranging from capital markets and structured finance to a forecast for the National Capital region will help round out the event.

Well over 600 industry insiders and players are expected to attend this year's event. "As a first-time event last year, we had over 450, and this year, with Joseph E. Robert Jr. and F. Joseph Moravec and good panels, I'm sure we'll be even better," Kelley says. "So many investors have an interest in the area, so we've seen a great deal of interest from people both inside and outside the market."
