Glenn DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the property owner, Osprey S.A., Ltd. Renee de Spelder of Cushman and Wakefield represented The Kresge Foundation.
Kresge is to take occupancy of the new space by April 1.
