Two Dallas Execs Land New Roles at Regis, Holt

Before that he was a regional vice president for Crescent Real Estate Equities Co., director of property management for Rosewood Property Co. and executive at Southland Financial Corp. and Hines Industrial.

At the Holt Cos. Al Palamara is on board as the firm's first COO. Holt marked its 10th anniversary last year and has grown enough through the years that the role is now considered a must-have, Palamara says. "They wanted to bring in a senior level person with a good amount of real estate experience to help run the company on a day-to-day basis," he explains of a growth strategy that recently lured him from a seven-year stint as senior asset management for Invesco Realty Advisors. Palamara, a 24-year veteran, also spent 10 years with LaSalle Partners, including roles as vice president and regional manager, and seven years in commercial banking.
