KC Rivers Development LLC is behind the creation of the two-story Rivers Corporate Centre. The class A office facility will sit at the intersection of Rte. 29 and Rte. 32, and will carry the address of 10330 Old Columbia Rd. NAI KLNB, which markets space at the property for $22 per sf, represented both the property owner and the tenant in the transaction. "Coca-Cola represents a signature, and highly recognized tenant for this building and their presence should accelerate the leasing efforts for the remaining spaces," says NAI KLNB principal Craig Morrell.
