CA has hired CB Richard Ellis' Central New Jersey office, East Brunswick, to market the property for sale or lease. The firm's Ray Sohmer, senior vice president, and Ward Greer, vice president, are heading the assignment.
"This facility offers an outstanding setting and first-class amenities," according to Greer.
CA occupies about 100,000 sf of the class A building, which is situated on a woodsy 70-acre site. Amenities include a cafeteria, softball field and tennis courts, according to Greer. A total of just under 71,300 sf is currently available for immediate occupancy.
