Restaurant Chain Leases 13,000-SF Building

TROY, MI-Dallas-based restaurant chain Maggiano's Little Italy leases a 13,000-sf building to be built on West Big Beaver Road at the site of the shuttered Rio Bravo restaurant.

Maggiano's Little Italy is a chain of 28 restaurants in 14 states and the District of Columbia owned by Dallas-based Brinker International. Friedman Real Estate Group, based in Farmington Hills, negotiated the lease with owner Drummer Associates.

Besides seating for 400, the restaurant will have a banquet facility that can accommodate private parties of up to 150 people for sit-down service or more for cocktail parties.
