The Fullerton property that has changed hands is Magnolia Place, located at 2444-2452 Orangethorpe Ave. Citrus Pointe Apartments LLC of Irvine has sold the multifamily asset.
The transaction was brokered by Joe Leon of the Newport Beach office of Hendricks & Partners and Margie Molloy of the firm's Inland Empire office.
In La Habra, a family trust from Newport Beach has purchased the 21-unit Tiki Gardens at 1510 W. La Habra Blvd. from Cameron Properties Inc. of Pomona for $2.6 million. Peter Hauser and Brian Hawkins of the Newport Beach office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the transaction.
In San Clemente, private investors based in Rolling Hills have acquired the six-unit Avenida Granada Apartments at 223 and 225 Avenida Granada from two private investors based in Danville for nearly $1.6 million. The transaction was negotiated by Steven Brombal of the Newport Beach office of Hendricks & Partners.
