LJ Melody & Co. managing director John Clifford and director David Hendrickson arranged financing for the owners of the building. LJ Melody & Co. is the real estate financing arm of CB Richard Ellis.

Published gross lease rates at 11 S. LaSalle St., where Security Capital Group is an anchor tenant, start at $22 per sf. The retail space includes a Waldenbooks and Citibank branch.
