The property will encompass a total of 40 residential units on three floors, overlaying ground-level covered parking. The Grand View has been designed in a brownstone and brickwork format by Dean Marchetto Architects of Hoboken. Pre-construction sales are already under way, according to Metro Homes principal Paul Fried.
The Grand View is one of two projects Metro Homes currently has under way in Jersey City, the other being the 32-unit Liberty Point on Warren Street. The company is also developing the Southgate and Cypress Point projects in Hoboken, and has proposed a major redevelopment project on Mulberry Street in Newark, NJ.
