Built in 1980, Midlothian Crossing is in one of Chesterfield County's major retail corridors just east of Powhite Parkway on Midlothian Turnpike. The single-story shopping center occupies a nearly 10-acre parcel of land. Red Wing's fellow occupants will include anchor tenant Unfinished Furniture Mart, Goodwill and Big Lots. Two smaller tenants, a hair salon and Richard Comix, occupy 2,400 sf of space each. The property also features a one-acre outparcel that is currently available for lease. For the shoe store chain, the new site marks its second location in the Richmond area.
