The deal's sole broker, Dan Spika with Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that Premier Manufacturing LP, which owns in excess of 200,000 sf in the immediate area, was the only offer on the table in the holding's six months of marketing at $1.9 million. He says the new owner will use the 3105 Justin Road acquisition for extra storage.
The seller, Chippenhook Corp., owned the 5.9-acre industrial property about 20 years. Spika says the closed deal has Chippenhook readying for the move into a leased 15,814 sf at a Vantage Cos.' building in Waters Ridge in nearby Lewisville.
