Asking net lease rates are $6.50 per sf at the property, which can be had for $9.7 million. It is being marketed by NAI Hiffman, whose team of Lawrence R. Much, SIOR, James J. Nesbitt and Eric W. Fischer represented Gold Realty Group in negotiations with their newest tenant.

Chasm Industries refurbishes and distributes computers. They will occupy space in 1000 Sunset Ridge Rd., one of two one-story buildings on a 7-acre site owned by Highland Park-based Gold Realty Group.
