Eby-Brown Co. Signs 30,322-SF Renewal

NAPERVILLE, IL-The convenience store goods provider renews its lease with Prime Group Realty Trust for 10 years at 280 Shuman Blvd., where occupancy is a relatively healthy 89%.

Kevin Duckler and Joseph Zona of Equis Corp. represented Eby-Brown, which has its headquarters at 280 Shuman Blvd., in negotiations with the Chicago-based office and industrial REIT.

Privately held Eby-Brown provides convenience stores with candy, snacks, tobacco, beauty and beauty aids.
