The Wright Sundee Co. paid $235,115 to Desert Mesa Holdings for the acreage. Construction on an office/warehouse facility will begin by the fourth quarter, Marc Pierce with Lee & Associates Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. He says the firm will bring the corporate office and manufacturing of its staple business, the Ratchet Depot, a fitting manufacturer, to the industrial park at 4541 E. Virginia St. once construction is completed.
The land is one of the few remaining parcels available for sale in Falcon Industrial Park, Pierce says. The park, located at Virginia Street and Greenfield Road, numbers among its tenants SDI and Durham Communications along with several smaller businesses. Pierce represented both parties in the land sale.
